This RFP was issued by the Franklin County Economic Development and Planning Department on behalf of Arshot Investment Corporation (King Holding Corporation). It sought bids from acoustical engineering consultants for a noise impact study of the proposed Cooper Stadium Development.
ROAR Columbus has commissioned its own noise impact study to help gauge the accuracy and impartiality of this study .
